Wasn't the worst experience of my life. However make sure you put your estimated return time as late as possible!! We only had our Uhaul for 12 or so hours, yet were charged for 2 days because it was returned after our estimated time. I didn't think that was fair as an estimate is an estimate, and we still only had it for 1 day! Ridiculous. They couldn't refund us for the second day, but gave us a gift certificate for Uhaul. I would have much preferred a refund considering we won't need another Uhaul for quite some time.
