I rented space from Storage Made EZ almost 3 years. The one that I worked with the most was Carrie o'donnel and she was very good. She was a great person and had a great personality. She helped me more than I ever expected. Diane the one that works now that replace Carrie she seems like a very nice person. As far as the storage unit it was clean. As long as my stuff was safe and it was. Had no problems. Would recommend highly.
These guys were great, never had any problem, and if I ever had to put stuff in storage again these would be our guys.
Convenient storage facility. No major issues except they put a lock on my storage unit with no notice and a minor mess up on their part. Upon initial storage rental on 1 August I was told the second month is free. 1 September comes and no payments due until I get a call and email saying payment was past due for 5 Septemeber. I returned the call 6 September to clear the issue and was told a manager would call me back to ensure it was handled. I never received a phone call but received an email 6 September with no payments due anymore. I go to the storage unit 7 September to find an additional lock from the storage facility and unable to access my belongings. Being after hours I could not contact anyone for the additional lock to be removed.
Great staff, always had an answer for all my questions and concerns.
Secure and well-located facility. Travis and Carrie were super helpful in getting me a unit and a box full of storage supplies...part of some deployment special I think. Super easy experience.
