Y'all ruined my eyebrows :'(
Horrible! I will never go there again. I took like 6 months to grow my hair longer than i had in years and they ruined it i just wanted to have my ends cut and now one side is longer than the other one and it got chopped chunks in it plus they didnt dry my hair right i was freezin when i went out because my hair was still wet. She ripped out my hair while brushing instead of being gentle. I really dont think this person that cut my hair have an education as a hairdresser and i dont think thats right to let someone like that work there and ruin peoples hair
My hair stylist just did a shampoo and blow out, it was one of the best I've had in the north east corridor.... it was the manager.
I asked to get my length cut straight on the back (2in) and trim my layers. I came home & there was still long strands and she barely even touched my layers. She was young and new. Plus the price for a trim that was not done correctly was a bit much compared to other salons. Not all stylist are bad...but this one need more training.
The stylist completely rushed through my haircut. I asked for a trim with basic layers and got the most choppy haircut of my life. The stylist did not even dry my hair when she was done cutting. The front of my hair has a gigantic chunk shorter than the rest of it. I already have self confidence issue and I look absolutely awful with this haircut. The stylist even had the nerve to tell me "you look better than when you came in" well excuse me.... NEVER going back
