I've been going to this Nail Spa for almost 2 years. Eric has done my nails each and every time. He and the rest of his staff are amazing and friendly! They treat you like family and pamper your every request! In all the times I've went in there- I've never seen anything of what other people have posted negatively!!! What I do see is *multiple* customers being greeted by name and exemplary customer service. I truly believe the people who gave poor ratings of this establishment are miserable in nature and didn't treat Eric and his team how they should be treated. As my mother always told me "treat people how YOU want to be treated!" Thank you Eric you are amazing!

Worst experience in my nail painting life, so bad I left in tears and felt completely stupid. I called earlier to find out how much it was to paint my nails with a fresh tip for my up coming trip and was told $7.00. When I arrived it went up to $10.00, which was fine since it's technically two colors. The woman asked if I wanted the Shellac, only $20.00. I politely declined, on a tight budget for my trip, just wanted my long natural nails to be spruced up a little. She sat me down at table 4 and a gentleman named Nguyen walked up and tried taking off my sandals. I was a tad confused and explained I only needed my fingers done this time. I explained what I wanted to him (French tip with a little glitter). He tried selling the Shellac to me as well and I explained politely that I didn't want to spend more than $10.00. He kept pushing and pushing it and I explained I didn't have the extra money for the gel polish this time around. Nguyen then said "what you don't have any money" really loud which made me a little embarrassed in front of the other customer and employees. It shouldn't matter if I have the money or not, I was choosing a different item on their menu and shouldn't feel pressured like that. I went to wash my hands and was really upset at this point. He had already filed my nails and buffed them so I figured I'd stick it out. The sparkly polish was pretty so that made it better for a moment. He then got out the white and painted it on, it looked really messy. I explained this to him and he kept telling me it was okay. The white didn't line up with my natural nail white and now I look like I have three different colors on. I told Nguyen this several times and he just ignored me. I have spots on my nails that are dented in and chipped because they kept getting bumped on the table. I felt ashamed that I didn't want to pay for gel and felt so disrespected buy this employee. He was rough on my fingers when painting them, twisting them and pushing my hand away. He sent me to the dryers and told me to sit there for 10 minutes. I looked at my nails and was so disappointed I didn't want to wait another minute to go home and take off the polish. I was in tears when I paid the $10.00 and I told him I didn't like them. He didn't seem to care, took my payment and I left. I tried to overlook the bad reviews but now I can see it. Thanks for making me cry over painted nails...my 10 year old can do a better job and so can I. I should have saved my $10.00 and did them myself.

Just moved here from binghamton ny... Went to 1 other place 2 weeks ago did such a horrible job ended up ripping my nails off... Went here last night Michael did my nails and i absolutely love them deffinatly going to be a regular customer.. Strongly recommend this place

Very happy

I was skeptical due to the reviews but I decoded to give it a try and I must say that I'm totally satisfied with the service. They were very welcoming and I was done within the hour. The prices are affordable for the area. Compared to prices in the city, one could consider paying a little too much but this Watertown, not Nyc. I'll definitely come back for more.
