This has been the best customer service, I've ever received. The young who helped me was very professional and knowledgeable of his job and the devices. He was clear and precise with the answers to all my questions. Might I add, he has the patients of a runaway snail. Great Job, keep up the great work.
Always check your receipts for bogus charges!!! Especially military. They will take advantage of you! Go to a real Verizon store this is NOT one. Go to salmon run mall instead
