OK just left here and they had no crispy chicken! Actually not really no chicken! Will not come here again!

Went here last night because we were really craving fried chicken. Thought we would give it another chance after a year of avoiding it due to a bad experience. Not much has changed. Crazy expensive for a bucket of dried out chicken. On the wings and legs the meat was like jerky it wasn't even edible so we stripped what we could and fed it to the dog. The breasts and thighs were dry but somewhat edible. Ranch and ketchup helped. We ordered crispy which is what we got but it was overkill. On some of the pieces it was all breading and very little chicken. We didn't expect much but considering it was dinner time when we ordered we definitely expected fresher chicken than that. What we received had definitely been sitting there for a few hours if not longer. Needless to say we won't be back it was gross.
This place is trash I went and at 9:45pm they close at 11pm I made a small order and I could tell one of the managers that rang me up was mad cause I came and they was already cleaning up she slams my drink in the cashier table before handing it out the window. She really didn’t say much and made me pull up before being my food out and got the chicken and it was undercooked and my wife is pregnant I couldn’t believe the service just because I came near closing.
Great food, fixed fast and accurately! While the food here is stellar, and the staff is super friendly, corporate, or the local owner should really look into updating the restaurant itself. The toilet in the ladies room is no longer attached to the floor, the hand drier sputters like a senior with COPD and there are no towels available. There is nowhere to hang or set your purse but the floor and it's a single unit room, so only one person can go at a time. The dining area hasn't been updated since they opened 20 years ago either. The place is dated and falling apart. While the staff continue to provide great food and service the place is usually empty... Probably due to the condition of the building.
