People at the counter nice but still waiting on my ubox which I was told will take 5 day. The ubox is going from watertown, ny to Middletown ny. not even 300 miles away. any it has been a week plus. I was lied to and they guy on the phone knew he got not deliver my box to me on time but still lied and took my money.
Got a trailer hitch assembly installed today service seemed good and people seemed nice, after leaving the store I went to place the receipt in the glove box of my jeep and noticed my sunglasses were missing. In order to open the jeeps glove box the keys are required so the only person who could have stolen them was the mechanic who had the keys. Filed a report with local police and as far as i have heard nothing will happen, I do not recommend giving this dealer your business as I will no longer be doing so.
