Dont know if i can order from this place anymore. Every employee was so rude and sounded like they were so angry. Im scared that they might have spat in my pizza. I am going to have a nightmares just thinking about their voice. Oh God save me from this unprofessional employees.
Pizza is decent but delivery is SO VERY slow! was told 27-37 minutes this time and it's been over an hour. We ONLY order from here because no one else delivers to this area. Was hoping the slowness wasn't gonna be a habit...I was let down. I just gave up and called and cancelled. It's been an hour and 15 minutes!
READ FIRST BEFORE YOU ORDER!! Worst Papa John’s I’ve ordered from. Called twice to check on the status, first time the person said the driver left 5 minutes ago. Second time I called (30 minutes later) and the same person said the driver left 10 minutes ago. Took them about two hours and 30 minutes to show up. It wasn’t till I wrote a message to customer service that I finally got my pizza. At that point I didn’t want the pizza anymore. Needless to say, they got a free pizza from me with tip. The time and effort to get that back would have been a waste. These are definitely the same individuals that fight for $15 an hour pay with mediocre service.
Editing previous review: the pizza is delicious and the driver was an older gentleman... very sweet and friendly! I still think it shouldn't take over an hour to get the pizza though.. However his friendliness went a long way!
Cassady is the best delivery driver! She's so fast and nice. I always ask for her and tip well.
