Boy it seems like everytime i go there or call everyone jas a chip on their shoulder. They are all rude right from reception to the nurses to the providers. Always a 2 hour wait no matter what time or day of the week. Really circumstances dont matter either from being sick to getting an allergy shot. SMC should consider looking into why there are so many negative reviews about this place. Is this really the image they want to portray????
Besides the long wait, I was very pleased with the service and how thorough the provider and nurse were with my son. I also like how all the diagnostic tests could be performed on site and results given right then and there.
This place is terrible. Took my nephew there and waited 4 hours to be seen. Then had the nerve to call someone else who just got there ahead of him. I recommend going somewhere else to get care because you will be there for forever!!!
Whenever my son or myself needs to be seen the staff is as quick as they can be and very helpful to us. Not to mention they make you feel comfortable and are kind.
Rude, slow, talking about other patients poorly and you can hear everything they say. Unprofessional to say the least
