There were at least 8 people working and the wait for a coffee was over twenty minutes. How can so many people be working and with so few customers can it take that long to get one coffee. Yes there were a few people at the drive through and it seemed to be rolling along but going inside is a nightmare.
Friendly staff and Wi-Fi. A clean bathroom and a sitting area! I think it's overall really nice here. It took a bit for my drinks, but they only had two people and I was in no hurry so it wasn't a big deal!!
Not once or twice but 5 times in a row has my order through the drive thru been wrong. This time it was close med coffee and bagel but wrong bagel not toasted and wrong coffee. I understand that it gets busy but there was literally 2 cars in the drive thru... And this has been a common occurrence...

I only ever come here for iced coffee which is usually not mixed well and way overloaded with sugar. I always order decaf because I have a health condition that makes me sensitive to caffeine. Twice now, I've been given regular coffee when asking for decaf and not realized it until I've already drank it, resulting in me getting sick. Please, make your employees aware that it is imparative that your customer receives decaf if it's asked for. I understand accidents happen but this is a health concern, not just a matter of preference. I don't think I will be coming back to this location.
