They nag the crap out of you as soon as tax season starts, trying to get you to file with them. We hadn't even gotten or w-2s and they were already trying to schedule an appointment for when we "thought we might have them"! Then when you get there at or before your scheduled time they take forever to finally get to you. Last year the people were friendly and great, this year everyone seems to have their head in the sand with no clue what's going on! Glad I won't have to use this H&R block ever again
